About Create ZIP
A ZIP archive bundles many files into one, which makes them easier to email, upload or keep together, and makes documents and text files smaller. This tool creates a standard ZIP from any files you add. Choose no compression for photos and videos, which are already compressed, or normal to maximum compression for documents, spreadsheets and text. Files with the same name are numbered so nothing is overwritten. The archive opens in Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Name the archive before you download it.
How to Use It

Drop the files to zip into the box, or tap to choose them.

Normal suits most files. Choose None for photos and videos.

Press Create ZIP and download the archive.
Questions
Can I zip a whole folder?
Select all the files inside the folder and add them. Browsers don't let websites read folders directly on every device.
Why didn't my photos get smaller?
JPG, PNG, MP4 and similar files are already compressed, so ZIP can barely shrink them. Use the image or PDF compressors instead.
Can I add a password to the ZIP?
Not here. Password-protected ZIPs need encryption features this tool doesn't offer.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The ZIP is built in your browser.
