About Image to BMP
Most people never need BMP, but some older programs, embedded displays, label printers, games and industrial machines only accept uncompressed bitmaps. This converter saves any image your browser can open, plus HEIC and TIFF, as a standard Windows BMP. Images with transparency are saved as 32-bit bitmaps with an alpha channel; everything else as 24-bit, the most widely supported kind. You can also set a maximum size, which many devices require. Expect large files, because BMP doesn't compress. Convert a batch and download it as a ZIP.

Questions
Why is the BMP so much bigger?
BMP stores every pixel without compression, about 3 bytes per pixel. That's expected.
24-bit or 32-bit?
Images with transparent areas are saved as 32-bit with alpha. Everything else is 24-bit, which almost every program reads.
Can I choose 8-bit or monochrome BMP?
Not yet. If your device needs a palette or 1-bit BMP, convert the 24-bit file in an image editor.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Images are converted in your browser.
