About GIF to JPG
Some upload forms, profile pictures and print services only accept JPG, and GIF's 256-colour limit makes it a poor fit for photo-like images anyway. This converter saves each GIF as a JPG at the quality you choose. Transparent areas are filled with a background colour, white by default, since JPG has no transparency. For animated GIFs, the first frame is saved as a still image; to keep the animation smaller, use the GIF Compressor instead. Batches are supported. Download the JPGs one by one or as a ZIP.

Questions
What happens to animated GIFs?
The first frame is saved as a still JPG. JPG can't hold animation.
Why are transparent parts white?
JPG has no transparency. Pick another background colour in the options, or use GIF to PNG to keep it.
Will the colours improve?
No. GIF stores at most 256 colours, and converting can't add detail that isn't there.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Conversion happens in your browser.
