About Blank Image
A blank image is a common need: a transparent PNG placeholder for a website, a solid-colour background for a design, a white canvas to draw on, or a test image of exact dimensions. This tool creates one in PNG, JPG or WebP. Type any width and height up to 16,384 pixels, or start from a preset such as Full HD, a square social post or a link-preview image. PNG and WebP can be fully transparent; JPG has no transparency, so it is filled with the colour you pick.

How do I make a transparent PNG?
Keep the format on PNG and leave Transparent background ticked. Every pixel is fully transparent.
Why can't a JPG be transparent?
The JPG format has no transparency channel, so a JPG is always filled with a solid colour.
What is the largest image I can make?
Up to 16,384 pixels per side, though very large images can fail on phones because of browser memory limits. Most desktop browsers handle 8000 × 8000 easily.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The image is drawn and saved in your browser.
