Terms and conditions
By using TheFilesGuy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
TheFilesGuy provides free tools that convert files inside your web browser. The tools are offered as they are, without any warranty. Results depend on your browser and device, and some files may not convert correctly.
Your files and responsibility
You keep all rights to your files. Because conversion happens on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert the files you use and for keeping your own copies of originals.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, to attack or overload the site, or to copy and republish the site as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TheFilesGuy is not liable for any loss of data, damage or other harm arising from use of the site. Always keep a backup of important files before converting them.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
