About Image to WebP
WebP is a modern image format from Google that is typically 25 to 35 percent smaller than JPG at the same visual quality, and it supports transparency like PNG. Smaller images make web pages load faster and score better in speed tests. This tool converts JPG, PNG, HEIC, GIF and other images to WebP, with a quality slider and optional maximum width and height. Transparent PNG backgrounds stay transparent. Batches can be downloaded as a ZIP, and nothing is ever uploaded.
