About MP3 to WAV
Many tools want WAV rather than MP3: audio and video editors work faster with uncompressed audio, phone and announcement systems often require it, CD burning software expects it, and some games and sampling apps only import WAV. This converter decodes your MP3s and saves them as standard 16-bit PCM WAV files at 44.1 kHz, the format every program understands. Convert a batch at once and download them individually or as a ZIP. Expect the WAV files to be about ten times larger than the MP3s, since WAV stores audio uncompressed.
