About MBOX Files
MBOX stores a whole folder of emails in one plain text file, one message after another. Thunderbird, Apple Mail and many Unix mail tools use it, and Google Takeout exports Gmail as MBOX files. To read the emails, import the file into an email app such as Thunderbird or Apple Mail.

- Windows & Linux

- Mac
